At Venezianico, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging, protective films, and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the timepiece in its original Venezianico box, ensuring all tags and protective stickers are intact, and include a copy of your RMA form.
Secure Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our Italian headquarters, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
